I’ve spent the last 15 years raising my two children and doing what many mums do… giving everything to everyone else and putting myself last. Somewhere along the way I lost who I was.

As my children grew older and needed me less and less, that feeling only became stronger. I had no idea what I wanted anymore. I was lost, disconnected and felt like I had no purpose anymore. 

That’s when I found my passion for health and wellness and I became a hormone health coach.  

Helping women reconnect to themselves and learn to work with their bodies (not against them) lit a fire in me.

Because I’ve seen it first hand:- the stress, the burnout, the pressure to keep showing up like we’re machines. The corporate world just isn’t designed for us. We were never meant to slog through life and show up the same everyday. Our body’s don’t work like that and neither should our lives.   

So we stay stuck, running around doing everything for everyone else. Showing up to a job no matter what our body is trying to tell us. Putting ourselves last so we aren’t called selfish.

But that’s exactly how we lose ourselves. 

For me this business was my turning point.

It gave me something for myself again. A way to grow, to lead, to earn…whilst honouring my body, my energy and my cycle. I could still support my family, but this time I’m doing it for me too. 

Here we are creating a life that works for us - on our terms. 

We work towards building a life of freedom…through finance, time and living in true alignment.

We do things differently so we can live with purpose and fulfilment. 

Because isn’t that how life should be? Not living on someone else’s schedule. Not working yourself into the ground for someone else’s gain. And not putting yourself to the bottom of the pile, thinking that all you’re meant to do is give everything to everyone else….Whilst losing yourself in the process. 

And that’s why I’ve taken the leap into this business. I finally feel fulfilled, excited about life and know I’m able to give back to my family, for once. 

So if there is something inside you whispering “There has to be more than this…” I want you to know, there is.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need to be open to more. It’s time to find her again!
